From our refinishing centre at Headcorn Aerodrome, we are able to offer everything from full bare metal strip, repaints, repairs and blow ins to interior refurbishment and leather repaint. We draw on over 60 years of combined experience using the latest products and systems to deliver the perfect end result. We also work closely with Vintage Aero at North Weald and Pent Farm for bigger projects and engineering needs as well as Shenley Farm Engineering at Headcorn.
Hi-Flight was first started as a commercial aircraft interiors refinishing company over 20 years ago.
Together with our paint partners HSH AERO our team will repaint sidewalls, ceiling panels, PSUs, toilet modules, seating and more, giving the aircraft a new lease of life from our facility or in situ with the least amount of down time possible.
We offer OEM and aftermarket component finishing directly from manufactures all done to specified Aerospace and defence standards as per manufactures drawing.
We take the time to understand the customer requirements and understand the level of detail and precision masking required to deliver a perfect end result as well as sourcing materials , products and advice on correct product specifications.
